A variety of in-furnace rolls are available from small diameters (φ6 0 mm) to large diameters (φ1600 mm). In particular, the production of large-diameter furnace rolls for continuous annealing processing lines requiring higher reliability has been highly evaluated. In addition, special rolls for temperature measurement and temperature equalization are also produced.
Normalized bottom roll
Developed and applied 13%Cr martensite series steel with excellent impact resistance and wear resistance in the temperature range of 600 °C. The roller structure with high-speed continuous casting resistance is adopted to reduce the number of maintenance.
